I have always been bewildered by how organizations and management often create their own problems through dysfunctional dialog. Poor management of interpersonal relationships breeds mistrust and a “they versus us” mentality.

		<description>It seems to me tht we are humans first, then gender, race, culture, title etc. What intrigues me is what we have in common rather than how we are different. While I celebrate the differences, which makes are all unique, I also relish the similarities, which makes us brothers and sisters.
